Today was the first day of the new year, Welcome 2012. The best part of today was actually several parts, I got to spend time with my family ( my parents, my sister, brother in law, and my great nephew). You can not replace in person face time with family. It's absolutely awesome to have that quality time. I do get a little down when I know that I have to leave and drive back home but i have been staying with an awesome friend and that has made my perspective on living in the area i live in a lot better and has made my outlook more positive.
Today was a great day all in all and I am thankful for the time I got to spend with my family so when the struggles of everyday life get to me I can think of these memories and know that I am blessed.
